Data collection, processing and use are only carried out for the above-mentioned purposes.
For the fulfilment of the various authorised storage obligations and periods set by law, the relevant will be deleted routinely. If the data is not affected by this, they will be deleted if the above-mentioned purposes are cancelled.

If data is transferred to states outside of the EU ("third countries") for the fulfilment of contractual purposes or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures with companies from developing countries and emerging markets, the data will generally be transferred to the overseas mynetfair AG representative of the relevant third country. Corporate information such as communication details, order, invoice, product, product interests and corporate branch will be disclosed for this purpose.
